Are Dental Implants Right For You?
Missing teeth? Struggling with loose dentures? Take our quick 2-minute quiz to see if dental implants can help you eat, speak, and smile with confidence again. The team at Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center is here to help you take the next step.

Full Mouth Dental Implants, All Under One Roof
From your consultation and surgical planning to implant placement and final restoration, our team coordinates every step of your care in one location. One team. One plan. One office.

Everything Done In-House
From the first consultation through your final restoration, your care is coordinated and delivered by our team. No referrals to outside specialists. No driving between multiple offices. No confusion about who's responsible for your treatment. Every step happens here, with the same team who knows your case.
Fully Asleep for Treatment
If dental anxiety has kept you from getting the care you need, we offer deep IV sedation so you can sleep comfortably through your procedure. Dr. Oleg Desyatnikov, our board-certified anesthesiologist, administers and monitors your sedation throughout the entire procedure—the same level of anesthesia used by oral surgeons.
What makes this different: most dental offices don't offer true IV sedation. When they do, the dentist is often monitoring vitals and performing the procedure at the same time. At Radiant Smiles, Dr. Desyatnikov manages your anesthesia exclusively, so Dr. Vazquez can focus entirely on your procedure. You receive two doctors dedicated to your care—your safety and your outcome, both fully attended to.

Advanced Digital Technology
We use 3D imaging, digital treatment planning, guided implant surgery, and in-house 3D printing to create precise, predictable results. Each case is personally designed by a specialized lab, ensuring your teeth are custom-crafted for your anatomy, bite, and aesthetic goals—not a one-size-fits-all solution.
What Are Full Mouth Implants?
Full mouth implants replace an entire arch—or both arches—of missing or failing teeth with a fixed, permanent solution supported by dental implants placed directly in your jawbone.
Unlike removable dentures that rest on your gums, full mouth implants are anchored in bone. They stay in place when you eat, speak, and sleep. There's no adhesive, no slipping, and nothing to take out at night.
The result is a set of teeth that look natural, function like your own, and are designed to last for many years with proper care.
Full mouth implants allow you to:
- Eat the foods you've been avoiding—including harder foods that removable dentures can't handle
- Smile and laugh without worrying about your teeth moving or shifting
- Speak clearly and confidently without clicking or slurring
- Preserve your jawbone and maintain your facial structure over time

Our Full Mouth Implant Solutions
All-on-X (Fixed Full-Arch Implants)
Dr. Vazquez has placed hundreds of dental implants and completeAll-on-X uses four to six strategically placed implants per arch to support a full set of fixed, non-removable teeth. A custom hybrid bridge is permanently attached to those implants and stays in place 24 hours a day, removed only by our team when needed.
Many patients receive a secure temporary smile the same day as surgery—so you never go without teeth during the healing period.
All-on-X is ideal for patients who:
- Are missing most or all teeth in one or both arches
- Have many failing or badly damaged teeth
- Are tired of loose, uncomfortable dentures
- Want a permanent, fixed solution that functions like natural teeth
Implant Overdenture (Snap-In Denture)
An implant overdenture attaches to two to four implants for significantly better stability than a traditional removable denture. Small attachments on the implants allow the denture to snap securely into place—giving you improved confidence when eating and speaking, while still being removable at home for cleaning.
Implant overdentures are a strong fit for patients who:
- Want more stability than a conventional denture provides
- Prefer a removable option for easier cleaning
- Are looking for implant support at a more accessible investment level
Why Choose Radiant Smiles Dental & Implant Center
Complete In-House Care
Every phase of your treatment—consultation, surgical planning, implant placement, temporary teeth, and final restoration—is handled by our team in our office. You will never be handed off to an outside provider or left to coordinate between multiple practices.
True IV Sedation With a Dedicated Anesthesiologist
Dr. Desyatnikov brings extensive experience from Level 1 trauma centers, outpatient surgery centers, and in-office surgical procedures. His sole focus during your procedure is your sedation and safety. That distinction matters: it allows Dr. Vazquez to give his full attention to the surgical work, and it gives you two specialists dedicated entirely to your care.
Expertise Built for Complex Cases
Dr. Vazquez has placed hundreds of implants and completed over 500 hours of continuing education in implant dentistry, full mouth restorations, and IV sedation. As a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, he brings the level of skill that complex full-mouth cases require.
As Dr. Vazquez explains: "Even with ample pre-planning, once you begin the procedure, you might find that the patient's bone density is not enough. What then? To successfully carry out an implant, it's critical to be as agile as possible so that you can pivot if the situation calls for it."
Advanced Technology for Precise Results
3D CBCT imaging, digital treatment planning, guided implant surgery, and in-house 3D printing work together to create results that are accurate, predictable, and designed specifically for your anatomy.
Transparent, Unhurried Communication
You'll meet privately with our office manager in a dedicated consultation room—away from the clinical setting—to review your treatment plan, understand your costs, and explore financing options with no pressure and no rushing. Take as much time as you need.
Your Smile Transformation: Step by Step
Your First Visit
Your first appointment is a conversation as much as a consultation. Dr. Vazquez takes time to hear your story—what's brought you here, what's held you back, and what you're hoping to achieve. You'll receive a comprehensive exam with X-rays and 3D imaging, and you'll leave with a clear understanding of your treatment options, the process, your timeline, and the investment involved. No pressure. No surprises.
Pre-Anesthesia Appointment
Before your procedure date, our team will collect your complete medical history, confirm any necessary medical clearances from your other providers, and conduct a thorough health workup. This information will then be provided to Dr. Desyatnikov for review prior to your procedure, ensuring your anesthesia plan is carefully tailored to your individual needs.
Surgery Day
On the day of your procedure, Dr. Desyatnikov meets with you, takes your vitals, and administers sedation so you're fully asleep and completely comfortable throughout. Dr. Vazquez performs the implant surgery while Dr. Desyatnikov manages your anesthesia exclusively.
Once the procedure is complete and you're awake, you'll be transferred to a private recovery suite where our team provides attentive after-care while the lab designs your teeth and we 3D print your temporary restoration. Many patients leave the same day with a functional, natural-looking temporary smile.
Post-Operative Care
We don't hand you discharge instructions and send you on your way. Our team follows up closely in the weeks after surgery—weekly appointments for the first month, then every two weeks as you continue to heal. You'll have consistent access to our team throughout your recovery.
Implant Check and Final Planning
Once healing is complete—typically three to four months after surgery—we take detailed scans to confirm your implants have integrated properly. This appointment is also your opportunity to give input on your final restoration: the shape of your teeth, the shade you want, any adjustments to what you experienced with your temporaries. Your feedback shapes the final result.
Final Restoration
Our lab crafts your permanent teeth based on your custom specifications. A few weeks later, you'll come in for placement. Your new smile is secured, your bite is confirmed, and your transformation is complete—all without ever leaving our care.

Frequently Asked Questions
How is this different from going to an oral surgeon and then a dentist?
When treatment is split between multiple providers, communication gaps, scheduling delays, and inconsistent information are common. At Radiant Smiles, your entire case is managed by one team in one location. Dr. Vazquez and Dr. Desyatnikov work together from day one, and every phase of your care is coordinated without you in the middle of it.
What does "fully asleep" mean exactly?
We offer true IV sedation, administered and monitored by a board-certified anesthesiologist—the same level of sedation used in oral surgery centers. You'll be completely unaware during treatment and will have little to no memory of the procedure. This is distinct from the lighter oral sedation many dental offices offer, where you remain more aware and the dentist is managing both the procedure and your sedation simultaneously.
How long does the full mouth implant process take?
Most patients complete their full transformation in approximately four to six months. Surgery and temporary teeth happen on the same day. Healing and osseointegration take three to four months. Final restoration follows once healing is confirmed. Dr. Vazquez will provide a personalized timeline during your consultation.
Will I have teeth the whole time?
Yes. Temporary teeth are placed the same day as your surgery whenever your case allows, so you leave with a functional smile. You won't go through the healing period without teeth.
How much does full mouth implant treatment cost?
The investment depends on how many implants are needed, whether bone grafting or sinus lifts are required, and which restoration type is right for your situation. During your complimentary consultation, you'll receive a complete, transparent treatment plan with itemized costs. Our office manager will walk you through financing options in a private setting with all the time you need.
Does insurance cover any of this?
Many plans offer partial coverage for implant-related treatment. Our team will verify your benefits and help you maximize what your plan covers. We're currently in-network with Delta Dental. For remaining out-of-pocket costs, we offer flexible third-party financing with monthly payment options.
What if I've been told I don't have enough bone for implants?
Bone loss is common in patients who have been missing teeth for some time—and it doesn't automatically rule out implants. Bone grafting and sinus lifts can rebuild the foundation needed for secure placement. We'll evaluate your bone with 3D CBCT imaging at your consultation and let you know exactly what's possible.
How do I care for full mouth implants long-term?
Full mouth implants require the same core maintenance as natural teeth: brush twice daily, floss or use interdental tools around the implant components, and maintain regular professional cleanings and checkups. We'll show you the right techniques and products for your specific restoration at your follow-up appointments.
What if something changes with my teeth or restoration down the road?
Because you remain our patient—not a referral case—our team is your long-term point of contact for any questions, adjustments, or future needs. You won't be navigating between providers to get answers.
