I've always been drawn to work that lets me solve problems with my hands while genuinely helping people. That's exactly what brought me to dentistry five years ago, and it's what motivates me every single day in practice.

Growing up, I was the kid who loved building things and fixing what was broken. Dentistry gives me the chance to do both, restoring what's damaged and creating something better than before. There's something deeply satisfying about watching someone rediscover their confidence after we've addressed their dental concerns together.

Dr. Vazquez graduated from Nova Southeastern University and has continued to deepen his expertise through extensive implant-focused education. He has completed over 300 hours of implant training, including live implant training with the International Dental Implant Association. His commitment to excellence in implant dentistry has also earned him mastership recognition from the American Academy of Implant Prosthodontics and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.

Dr. Oleg Desyatnikov is a residency-trained anesthesiologist with deep experience in a variety of clinical settings-including Level 1 trauma centers, outpatient surgery centers, and in-office dental and surgical procedures. 

He focuses on delivering safe, high-quality anesthesia care that puts patients at ease. His approach is designed to reduce stress, support excellent surgical outcomes, and allow the entire care team to stay focused on what they do best.

Dr. Desyatnikov is dedicated to making anesthesia simple, seamless, and accessible–for both patients and providers.
